All ISA NOY fine jewelry and accessories are accepted for exchange or refund if returned in its original condition within 7 days of the package arrival date, accompanied by its original tags and packaging.
Our team likes to remind its customers that our return policy only last for these 7 days, if the 7 days pass since your items arrival date we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange. Due to the fine and delicate nature of the pieces, we ask you to be gentle and take care of the items. Our team will inspect the item before any returns/exchanges are approved and processed.
Pieces can be exchanged for a different rock size/stone color of choice or for a full refund. To exchange an item for a different piece in the collection, we recommend requesting the refund and placing a new order for the desired piece. For any exchanges or returns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number and why the change of heart. We will notify you by email once we have received, inspected & approved your return. If you wish for a refund please note that the refund will be submitted to the original payment method. Please allow for the refund to show up on your account, processing time between providers may vary. Remember all of our items are made to order and usually take up to 14 business days, so please allow for any new items to be made.
When returning postage, we suggest our customers to insure the package via their preferred mail provider (UPS, USPS, DHL etc.) and request tracking services for your own protection. Please provide our team with this information and don’t forget to keep all receipts for your own personal records.
All ISA NOY sale items are final sale and are not subject for returns/exchanges. We apologies for any inconvenience! Sale items are usually in stock and are ready to ship out within 5 to 7 business days.
ISA NOY uses UPS, USPS or DHL, as our main shipping carriers. All orders are insured, have tracking numbers and require a signature upon delivery. If by any circumstance package gets lost in transit we will do everything possible to assist you. If proof of delivery is generated we are not held responsible for the package.
